here is what happened (like monk).
1. when they were told Kethi was not registered - along time ago, CORD/Kethi got the "brilliant" idea to get a slip from inside the IEBC.
2. the guy who plucked the slip and may have written the "details" including the elector's number and non existent registration centre.

Kibaki's case is not related to this particular case.

Any word that proceeds from Kethi's mouth is a lie. the 2011 in the document was introduced by a guy who did not know what it meant!

A simple yes/no.

Kethi is the small picture; IEBC is the big picture here. Sycophants here are just happy that competition might be eliminated. Well, even if this happens, IEBC will still be the same:same people, same structures, name it... bottom line: incompetence will still be there.

And the other sycophants on the other side had rather have a fraudster go to the ballot than be told "wacha fraud, your room is 106,west side in Langata an leta hiyo practice license"Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

She is part of the BIGGER picture

Point of information. I'm not a sycophant on the other side. Check my previous posts carefully.

Kethi is just a sacrificial lamb. The integrity of IEBC officers and structures is also on the line.

Oh really? So she woke up one day, with complete amnesia and started confabulating about her being a registered voter and even having voted in sijui where? Toa goggles.

Was Kibaki registered in 2011 too? IEBC is one crappy (dis)organization.

Yes, he was. He was first registered voter, prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later. This is already confirmed on an earlier post, with videolink included.

Boss, registration was done in December 2012. Kibaki's slip was supposedly issued in 2011. What do you mean by prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later?

FACTS: President Kibaki registered as a voter on 19 November 2012 at the KICC.

Quote:
Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki (R) registers as a voter before launching the nationwide, one-month biometric voter registration (BVR) exercise in the capital Nairobi, November 19, 2012, targeting over 18 million voters ahead of the March 4 General Election.

@ Masukuma. Why narrate a long story instead of a simple yes/no?

People need to understand one thing - ITS NOT A CASE OF WHAT THE IEBC USES TO DECIDE WHETHER SOMEONE WAS REGISTERED OR NOT. its THAT KETHI DID NOT EVEN REGISTER!
