Kethi is just a sacrificial lamb. The integrity of IEBC officers and structures is also on the line.

FACTS: President Kibaki registered as a voter on 19 November 2012 at the KICC.

People need to understand one thing - ITS NOT A CASE OF WHAT THE IEBC USES TO DECIDE WHETHER SOMEONE WAS REGISTERED OR NOT. its THAT KETHI DID NOT EVEN REGISTER!
