Chillax! Even banks lose blank banker's cheques....the question is can they detect a fraud when the cheque then get's presented? In this case, do the serial numbers/cheque digits, etc allow for frauds to be exposed?

Yes, he was. He was first registered voter, prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later. This is already confirmed on an earlier post, with videolink included.

Kethi is the small picture; IEBC is the big picture here. Sycophants here are just happy that competition might be eliminated. Well, even if this happens, IEBC will still be the same:same people, same structures, name it... bottom line: incompetence will still be there.

Boss, registration was done in December 2012. Kibaki's slip was supposedly issued in 2011. What do you mean by prior to the full voting exercise commencing some months later?

here is what happened (like monk).
1. when they were told Kethi was not registered - along time ago, CORD/Kethi got the "brilliant" idea to get a slip from inside the IEBC.
2. the guy who plucked the slip and may have written the "details" including the elector's number and non existent registration centre.

Kibaki's case is not related to this particular case.

Any word that proceeds from Kethi's mouth is a lie. the 2011 in the document was introduced by a guy who did not know what it meant!

Point of information. I'm not a sycophant on the other side. Check my previous posts carefully.

Kethi is just a sacrificial lamb. The integrity of IEBC officers and structures is also on the line.
