A few months ago I was doing a project with KRA majorly at the ICT department. Majority were all Kales. It made me wonder how the other departments were distributed. I realized each department's staff are dominated with people from the Senior Deputy Commissioner's tribe. Its that bad.

Many years ago when I was a little boy all sewerage unblockers came from a certain community.I wonder whether it is still the same.

If an entire village fundraises to further one's studies,it's only worthwhile that they give back to the community.
By employing their own, most employers feel a sense of fulfillment because they are 'paying a debt' owed to those who elevated them.

Such employers are applauded back in the village and can easily be chosen leaders should need arise.

yep

that's the reason

we complain when we are not in the benefitting village(please note it's village not tribe as most appointments are done from certain counties excluding others from same tribe

Majority of Asians are Chinese!
