I can tell u for a fact that when a person becomes a president in kenya,all his private residences becomes state houses for the duration of his tenure. So such houses are maintained by the state.
May be RAO,being one of the two principals....... feels that whatever MK gets he also gets afterall he feels he works harder.......did i hear somebody say 50-50 priviledges and power-sharing basis?
