Digging borehole all over the places will not be sustainable, underground water as we know it is like mineral ans will run out sometimes; he should think of harvesting the rain water en-masse!

@ impunity,harvesting water is all part of his elaborate plan. He did a simple analysis of comparing the drilling costs and buying the rig and the latter seemed more cost effective. When the rainy season comes the water will be harvested and in 5 years time machakos households will be equipped with piped water.
