Sources at the IEBC have also verified that Kethi’s name is not in the register and that the issue is already ruffling feathers at the commission.

The sources added that Guracha told his colleagues that he cleared her out of fear of the crowd that had come to support Kethi.

“Salad kept saying he did not want them to discuss the issue at Wote for security purposes because people were congregating at the venue and that they would have turned violent if he did not clear Kethi,” explained the source.

It is really sad that a person who isn't a registered voter was cleared to run. Why the selective application of the law? And isn't this Kethi lady the one who was championing the rule of law in all electoral matters during the SC petition? Anyway, she just lives up to the common stereotype of lawyers as being two faced lying bastards who blow hot and cold, depending on what suits them best.

And do the CORD honchos feel guilty for perpetuating this kind of electoral fraud, just 3 months after they went crying before the SC?
