Are zuku more responsive and better at service delivery? Any thoughts welcome...plus, any recommendations for good internet speed testing sites? Cheers

Early June, internet went off, to date, its not back after numerous complaints to Customer service. My take, Zuku is great until you need customer service/support then that's where you'll braceyourself for trouble.
