Hi all,
Moving from AfOnline (I-Way) to Zuku after months of rubbish service. Any thoughts / tips on what to look out for. Are zuku more responsive and better at service delivery? Any thoughts welcome...plus, any recommendations for good internet speed testing sites?
Cheers

Well, i have Zuku Wimax, the service has been good for about 3 years. Early June, internet went off, to date, its not back after numerous complaints to Customer service. My take, Zuku is great until you need customer service/support then that's where you'll braceyourself for trouble.
Check the thread below for insights.

Are you getting ZUku wimax or cable/fibre? Fibre is not bad...they have stabilized.
As for Africaonline, they're still alive? WOW

The first four of 12 satellites in a new constellation to provide affordable, high-speed Internet to people in nearly 180 "under-connected" countries, including Kenya, were blasted into Space on Tuesday.
How can we benefit?
