Tried getting two tunes but each time they said it was unavailable yet they charge you for the call. What's up safcon?

I have lost Ksh.100 airtime after four unsuccessful attempt to get tunes.

Did they roll out too soon before the system had fully tested it? To make matters worse after unsuccessful attempts they tell you to contact customer care. Can't remember the last time that 100 number went through.
