Investment Advisory Services Needed

Hi guys,
A few friends and I have raised (and are still contributing) around 300k and we need the services of investment experts to guide us in short, mid and long term investment decisions making.
We have approached a few (banks, insurance companies) but we find their approach a bit biased. They will only give a solution that will require us to use their products.
Could someone please suggest experienced, reputable, qualified, unbiased advisers? We are willing to pay for the services
