unfair to the system, if you can accuse an individual of the crimes purported to have been committed by the three defendants, and going as far as prosecuting the same in the said court of law - I would expect the icc to have the balls, to arrest the same individuals.

even if they are found guilty, I am sure icc will find a way to accommodate their schedule and come up with a flexible customized jail time.

ICC judges reject plea by Ruto and Sang that portions of their cases be held in Arusha or Kenya. Trial to start at The Hague on Sept 10.
