You could be objective and also post what he was responding to and whether it was a joke e.t.c.
Also, I believe you're pasting things from more than 4 years ago, most people here said all sorts of crazy things. If you were around you'd know. This reminds me of the "cast the first stone" verse.
Otherwise, if you're interested in the stated investment, simply write an email to the guy and communicate to him.
You can go ahead and tell people how your email conversation in 2013 went. I am persuaded. Kindly forward details to wazua@googlegroups.comPesa Nane plans to be shilingi when he grows up.

I was advised to remove the PayPal confirmation link. You can see that in one of those links.
Feel free to check me out or even Google me, or click the links below this, or check me out when I was nominated as Wazuan of the year...
Maybe this can help you out a bit.
Peace be with you though.

You are all awesome.
Thank you all for the great inputs you have made here.
I agree that we all have to be careful of where we invest our money
I've told him about the bank option and also given him the link to this post so that he can read, learn and laugh like I have.

Hi, I am the one you know as R2.
First off, I'd like to thank my friend Walter for defending my so gallantly against the naysayers - and they are many of them on Wazua - even though he didn't actually have to do it. So, Thank you Walter.
Secondly, perhaps you'd like to know how the Writing Business and the Tire Business fared after all the stick I got here regarding the same.
Well, the Writing Business is still strong and I sold all 10 tires to some garage in Ngong Town that kept on placing more orders, but unfortunately,I left Sameer African before I could do more business with them. By the way, what I was selling blemish tires, so I could offer below market rates.

Now that you know that I did well despite ignoring the many naysayers who tried rather hard to discourage me on both ventures, perhaps we can now discuss my current investment venture, which many Wazua naysayers have already judged and condemned without even first finding out what it entails.

@guru267, we already have a bank loan product and we do not want to top-it-up or whatever the right term for that would be. Basically, we are looking for a longer breathing space, about a year or so, before we repay the loan(s), but we'd probably repay the loan(s)within 6 months or so, which is the typical invoice cycle.
Consider my investment offer a rights issue. I'm sure you know why companies choose to issue such rights.

@mwekez@ji, it is still the same animal it was: a loan deal at an interest rate of 25% per annum.
