What does Cord's manifesto say coz i remember Senators and Governors from Cord meeting and being asked to implement the party's manifesto in totoPray .....Maybe there are some hidden gymssmile

The thing is how many governors of both sides have stood up and are ready for the task ahead very few I believe on both sides remember Kenya is still a unit...just like the body kant function well if some of the units go on strike and arent in sync...this crazy,bad governors will still pull the whole country down...

NONE! Just like your employer gives you your 'cut' (aka salary) at the end of every month and cannot dictate how you should spend it. You could chose to buy a fuel guzzler, a kaplot, marry an extra wife, invest in NSE etc etc, it's all up to you.

Very true. Procurement regulations state that you can't ask for a particular brand. You are supposed to state the characteristics of the vehicle you want e.g 4x4, 4000cc, 7 seater etc etc, then all the qualified companies (eg toyota, mitsubishi, grandtiger, mahindra, land rover etc) submit their bids and you choose the lowest.

I understand they each initially wanted a Range Rover Sport HSE but they downgraded to prado to prevent a public outcry!
