Where exactly are they located?

Kitengela fans

There is also some others being sold at Milimani area in Kitengela for 400k. Milimani is more of the 'up-market' area of kitengela. I happened to take a friend of mine who was buying and i liked the place. The neighbourhood is good too and people around are building beautiful homes. Few of my colleagues are buying there too. If you are interested let me know i will connect you to the person selling and who can show you.

My SK email address is wendz545@gmail.com - and paparazzis are not allowed to sell it off!!!

Some deals are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together.

@zamali

actually,i am just stating the info as i got it... the place as i saw it so that anyone interested can take the chance and see for themselves.. good thing is,am not the one who is selling,neither am i buying there coz my resources are limited and tied elsewhere. But if i was considering buying,thats where i would have bought.... Otherwise,why would i be mean with info that can help someone else?

but yeah,i think if i had something to sell,i would do a good job... but only if am selling something worth it.

@Zamali

Truth be told @Wendz just stated facts as they are.
I happened to stray there last sunday and was pleasantly suprised too.
The neighbourhood is neat and classy period.

Actually Milimani is quite good. The who is who in Kiutengela is settled there

A place to watch is near kampala university,approx 15 km from kitengela along namanga road .Once the university begins at the end of this year the area is bound to grow very fast.Its similar to what happened when Nazarene university started,now its tarmac all the way to the uni plus the plots sky rocketed immediately.Next to kampala university their are very good plots both commercial and residential at very good prices.If you need more details you can hola at <sentiltd@gmail.com>.
