How much are the monthly charges for the common amenities?
I ask this as I bought another apartment where we only got to know of some other huge charges for amenities after we bought the properties and I was forced to sell mine! Basically if I rented out the apt I'd have been sharing the rent equally with the 'owners' of the communal facilities as the guys just wanted to continue making money out of the properties even after selling them!
