Hello good people

I had lunch with Kovi Anna nini this afternoon before he went to meet the princi[pal mpigs. the conversation that arose was very interesting and it left no doubt that Anna nini is not even sure if he will persuade these fellas to work for the good of Kenyans. The conversation went something like this:

Me: Good afternoon Sir and welcome back to Nairobi

Ana nini:Good afternoon! It has been sometime since I was here in Kenya last.

Me: Mr Kovi, how does it feel to be back after saving the country from a potential catastrophy?

Ana nini:it feels really good more so due to the fact that this was truly Kenyan problem that required Kenyan solution.

Me: So are the solutions that you offered for the stalemate Kenyan?

Ana nini:I doubt if they were because the kind of madness that is being potrayed and the pace of reforms by the coalition government is not beneficial to the people of Kenya.

Me: So you quite agree that the system of government that you negotiated with the principals was not appropriate or was meant to be temporary?

Ana nini:Young man,I will tell you that desperate times calls for desperate measures. It took almost an entire month to get the opposing sides to sit down on a negotiating table and face each other and almost a week to get them to talk to each other and almost three months to agree to a simple power sharing system.

Me: Mr Kovi, knowing the kind of fellows that you are dealing with,do you think you will make any significant progress in pressurizing them into hastening the pace of reforms?

Ana nini:That one I don’t know but I will give it a shot. By the way the whole world is on my side and I believe that that could be the edge that I need to succeed in my mission this time round.

Me: If I may ask you Sir,on whose invitation did you act on?

Ana nini.Mmmmmhhhhh aaaaaaaa, well, you know it would have been unprofessional to leave a job only half way done…hahahahah! So I am taking it upon myself to finish it.

Me: Mr Kovi, would it not have been much safer and better if you worked closely with Ocampo rather than the principals of coalition government?

Ana nini. You see,Mr Ocampo is running a totally different and unique portfolio where I do not fit in unless I am invited for a luncheon. Ocampo was also not in the picture when the peace deals were brokered,so I don’t have any business with the Hague institution. If there is one best person who would do just fine with Ocampo is justice Waki himself and perhaps the masterminds of PEV hahahahah!

Me: What would be your next course of action if the principals of the coalition government decided to tell you to go to hell? What is your plan of action if they tell you on the face that you did your job last year and that now you are interfering with their work?

Ana nini:I would have no choice but to beat a retreat and seek more close ties with Ocampo. It would tire me less than trying to box a stone wall which will never come down.

Me: Thank you Kovi for your revealing determination and we wish you the best of luck!

@ wa P

Kovi needs newer contact lenses to see through the pumbavus that he is dealing with...they dont give a damn about him nor what he wants them to do...job yake ilikwisha when he led the formation of coalition government and was never given a interceding post. So why should he want to be humiliated now????
