$17000-20000. CIF Mombasa . 2009 custom/duty is high. Budget in advance work to prosper

Unless the CIF value is too good or its for a duty free car, I would suggest you look for a good grade 2006 jan-july (or current month + 1) car. It will save you a tidy sum. hiyo duty itakuwa juu!

A 2006 Rav4 and 2009 Rav4 are two different cars. They share only the name. Poster might be looking for a particular experience. Anyway that duty might be over 600k + work to prosper
