I am currently thinking about venturing into this area but I cant seem to find the information I need. Is there anyone at SK currently doing this? Does anyone have any info on this? I will really appreciate any help you can offer.

The first step would be for You to visit the Nairobi Coffee Auction which takes place every Tuesday,there was one held yesterday . From there You will learn about the different grades of coffee,cupping,how the auction works etc .

Secondly,where do You want to export Your coffee or tea to ?

Kenyan Coffee sells well in Europe,its now making entry into America but yet to enter into Japan ( their populace are large coffee drinkers ). This is a traditional market for Tanzania and Ethiopia Coffee .

In a nutshell,are You already farming in coffee or u wanna be a trader ? If so which markets do u want to venture into. Same scenario with Tea ...

I want to be a trader,I already have a few potential contacts in Europe. What are some of the things I’m supposed to comply with in order to be allowed by the Government to trade?
