Our Sacco has identified a parcel of land in Ngong (Ewaso Kedong), 40KM from Ngong town - touching Southern greater bypass road (tarmacking project starting up soon) and says that it is quite ideal for farming and rural home set up.
The bypass connects Ngong town to Suswa town through Mai-mahiu–Narok road.
The land will be sold to members at Kshs. 370,000.00 (three hundred and seventy thousand only) per acre.

What do you guys think of this deal? Worth it?,anyone knows this areas and can advise? Thanks!

Well, that's no more than 65km from Nairobi city center. I think KES 370,000 is a deal. Sounds ideal for speculating also. Will they be selling to non-members as well?

@seppuku,well....someone told me that the price is lower than what the sacoo is quoting,as low as 100,000kshs,that is why i am asking.
I believe the Sacco will allow non-members,at a higher price.
