Good people, there is 700acres of land approx.1km behind Isinya town for sale.
Its going for 1.4m per acre.
Selling in blocks of 100 acres.
Wazuans, someone buy this land.Would be a good investment.

I suspect the price of 1.4m per acre is over the brim. Then you are such a new comer guys suspect you are either selling the land or you are an agent. Then when you say approx 1km behind Isinya town, you can as well be referring to 5 kilometers out in the bundu as our approx are known world wide to have a generous margin of error that at times is confounding. So say 2 kilometers between Gaturu town and Isinya near the bluegum tress.

Go overdrive in purchasing the goods when there's blood on the streets, expecially if the blood is your own

I suspect the price of 1.4m per acre is over the brim. The price is quite competitive. There will always be a price for every specific item under consideration. You would be surprised how low the price might be depending on how far into the bunduz the land is. Then you are such a new comer guys suspect you are either selling the land or you are an agent.Well,I bet Elders/Veterans sure had moments of 'newness".Alot of opportunities that will ever come to us are hardly advertised.
So I figured I could put this out there and maybe someone would find it useful.I see it happening all the time in this forum.

I checked,its 1.7kms off tarmac.
