Doesn't make a difference anyway, the courts had been overuled by the executive and the fellows have been working!!!!

This just shows Justice Mumbi was more activist that following the law.

It also sets a precedence.... a Ministry of Government can appoint a private lawyer to represent it in court if the AG is unwilling.

Both Minister of Justice Wamalwa and AG had agreed with Justice Mumbi.

This is a big win for Mutea Iringo.... No wonder he is the PS for Interior.

This is good... This county commish thing reminds me of Jethro's advice to Moses in the bible. It is very necessary to have this delegation of duties. Let nobody lie to Kenyans that governors can represent the president
