Hey, Anyone here selling plots in Syokimau 1/8, 1/4? Preferably along Katani road. What are they currently going for? I've been told that the land near 360 apartments is in a swampy area any truth to this?

I don't know the prices. About the swampyness, the entire area is swampy. the black cotton soil and general slope of land from airport north road, caleb & richard drive, Katani road is off. Construction of underground basements is not advised. There are various plots for sale near the airport north road-katani road junction (way after the tarmac road). My advise to you: Go down there and take their contacts then compare prices against the acreage.

the course of the flow of water was somehow altered during the construction of phase 1
