Hello sir, did you get any response from the Acacia area five kilometers from Namanga Road. Gotten the Waumini plots at 800k. Anyone knows if am getting fare deal for my money?
Go overdrive in purchasing the goods when there's blood on the streets, expecially if the blood is your own

What is the size?
If interested, i have 1/8 plot in Yukos area, 2km from Namanga rd for 950k.

The size is 1/8 ya ukweli (50 by 100). I want three of the 1/8 zimekamatana so that I can have a backyard and a front yard and possible kitchen garden plus lawn tennis field all within the same enclosure.

2 KM from Namanga is too close to the high way for my comfort. I don't want to have the kids hanging out by the road side counting trucks and jungus. Just kidding. Do you have water and electricity on site, ie borehole and power lines over the plot and is it gated or you build your house and the nearest neighbour is a kilometer away?

I was being offered a price of around 550k. I haven't bought yet though.

How far are the waumini ones from the road?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

This is just one 1/8.
A neighbour connect others with Borehole water.
Electricity is available as the neighbours are connected.

The location gives a good view of Kitengela town, Nairobi, Ngong hills and other hills in Ukambani.

Also close to good performing primary schools (Intl sch, Acacia, Orchards)

The place is also about to appreciate as a huge area close to plot has just been subdivided. And an estate (houses for sale) are being built there
.....

If you are interested in another area, there is 1/4 acre just behide Boulders Hotel (300m for Namanga rd) at a price of 2M. It is a nice place

Would you consider 5km off Namanga Road on the Ntoroto/Konza road.
Just past Hawa Home.50x100s@550k.
Place opening up rapidly.

two plots (each is 1/8 ACRE ) available for sale at 700k in kitengela (exact location is at the gate of SIFA FARM)
This is 4.0 km from kitengela town centre behind prisons
our goals are best achieved indirectly
