I think she should go to the bank fill the bunch of forms and maybe give collateral security if need be. She must have know bank wont accept pucci for security thats why she mentioned it here. When one needs a loan,they go to a financial institution but from skerians i think it takes more than sweet talking to have someone to part with whatever ammount you want gal-b just go to the banks
