12% is only for amounts above ksh.1M.Below that u will get a surprise. Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation

That's confidential info I got fom somebody. its 12% fixed Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation

its 12% fixed 12% p.a. fixed rate on a year loan is equivalent to 21.46% p.a reducing balance rate. #Very_High_Rate
