I came across a piece of land in Ruiru for sale. The land has a title and according to the owner, the title is clean. It is one and a quarter acre. It is ideal for a family home or subdivision. Unfortunately, my offer was not appealing to the owner. I do not have a lot of money to afford such so I thought I throw it to the Wazua community. If anyone is interested, get in touch & I will give you some details including a map. It is located close to the bypass & Thika road.
