They have compensation

for witnesses, they were paid to be witnesses and have been paid to withdraw their testimony. Willing buyer willing seller. Lets move on.

Better still, the cases are coming back home. Witnesses are fearing to come and testify home or near home OTP almost giving up on the cases. Things have changed. Laptops soon coming. Maternity fee no more.

I guess victims had not been paid to be victims in the case
