He's in town for a crusade starting Wednesday 5th June and ending Sunday 9th June. @Mukiri, si tunaenda, ama? But let me ask, how does this Evangelist afford to advertise like this? Radio, TV, billboards, etc. There must be lots of money in evangelism. This is how packed Uhuru Park was when he last held crusades in Kenya in June 1988 (25 years ago). Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

what's the big deal about Billy Graham's grandson visit to Kenya? I see a facebook post daily on it. Is it that the guy is a great preacher too or the Graham name is to evangelism what the Kenyatta name is to politics?

Another swindle in town. A mammoth " miracle hunters "crowd anticipating shortcut to richness will as per tradition be hoodwinked parting with millions of dollars to finance extravagant lifestyle of the lazy but clever prophet de angel evangelizing white man's religion . Before dusk , the energized multitude disperses to encounter reality of hunger and many other ills inflicted by their fellow fraternal brethrens who incidentally were among the crowd's most tearful spiritual demagogues. Give me a break!! Anybody in wazua offering evangelist lessons on how to evangelize to masses? Soon evangelist Tokyo will be in town work to prosper

The last time he was in town it is said he collected kshs 30 million in 5 days!!! Better him, he accepts the old notes...His local rival Teresia insists that the congregation should only submit the new ones because they are easier to count ...besides, the presence of a safe alone does not signify that there is money inside...

I Know of a guy who had to be amputated his leg after he walked from Uhuru park to Kangemi after being "Healed" in one the crusades! The man who marries a beautiful woman, and the farmer who grows corn by the roadside have the same problem

We should pray for our Pastors and Preachers as they go about spreading the gospel. If this thread is anything to go by, you can see how much attack by the enemy they face. 'Dear Lord, Please give Bonnke strength and wisdom as he comes to preach the word of God.' About time Kenya went back to the glorious days of crusades. We have opened our country to witchcraft and sorcery. Posters are all over advertising mganga this mganga that. Dear God, come and take over your Country again!

I feel you.... but if akina Njoroge(or what was that "chot" pastor's name?) are the pastors to go with......smh, they, just like our Mpigs, brought shame to the House of God.

Take a look at the clarion call on the flyer. "Come and receive your blessings" Thats what attracts the crowds... This has nothing to do with THE Gospel. Nowhere in scripture are people invited to come to God to receive anything. Everywhere in scripture people are invited to repent and believe the Gospel. But then again these days were prophesied here 2nd Timothy 4 4 In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, I give you this charge: 2 Preach the word; be prepared in season and out of season; correct, rebuke and encourage—with great patience and careful instruction. 3 For the time will come when people will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. 4 They will turn their ears away from the truth and turn aside to myths. 5 But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry.

I think even Moi was not happy with this fellow...I hear he was not keen on him being back to Kenya. These miracles do they ever even happen in these crusades? I always believe that Miracles happens daily in our lives, but we never seem to realise that...then somebody comes to confuse us all with his 'miracles' I believe these miracles are mwende stylo...The more a country says it believes the higher the number of believers in witchcraft(and they are christian) why do they go see those 'prophets' ndio waotewe. Most of them wish others harm when they visit these prophets. If anything is going wrong in their lives they always believe in a -ve forces even when you can really see there is nothing of that sort. they will make you believe your relas, co-wife, step brothers, uncles or others are against you, and doing those things to you. They are very convincing, this causes hatred. I once went to a church in Roysambu, this pastor oteas people and my purpose was to see if he knows anything about me since my friends kept telling me about him how he will tell u about your life, so I decided to go see for myself...I kept making appearances(alter calls..LOL) ndio aniotee, lakini wapi, he only kept going to particular corners of the church, which i concluded was more of mwende style. You cant win, unless you first begin....

I think he was in Kenya in 1995 or 1996, just after pope JP II. Rumours had it that university students were hired to be 'lame' on crutches and be healed afterwords. I know one of the then students "Peace is our profession, War is our business" ...Unknown
