hi ave been trainin from january this year. I do it on mon,wed & fri per week for a min of one hour in the mornin. I may have missed the stanchart marathon n has never participated in any. Pse guys advice on the appropriate distance to engage in albeit belatedly.

Awesome. Did half marathon in just over 2 hrs,hope they post exact times kwa website..Mcreggae seems hukuniwacha/sikukuwacha sana. next year i also want to do less than 2hrs. Realised marathons are fun,next year,mimi nazo zote. ..congrats 2 al skerians who participated n thanx to those who cheered us on.
