looking for plot ideal for flats in any of above locations. target is 2br flats x 3-4 flrs, rental income target 15-20k pm. any ideas? credible contacts?

@zeus, am in the process of acquiring one in kitengela 500m from the tarmac. I was able to negotiate for a price below 2m. The seller was quickly disposing 60 parcels but am not sure whether there are some remaining. In case u r interested i can give you the contacts.

Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
