@GURU.I agree with you.Someone needs to know that you cannot play by the gallery if you have to develop this country.Populist pronouncements and choices such as 'LAPTOP PAP'have serious consequences and we are just starting to see the sign of things to come.

Although I saw works going-on on the Kisumu Northern bypass this Sunday.
