after being treated to the recent debacle about the chairmanship of HBC,i wonder what would happen if the unexpected was to happen.the constitution says that the vice president takes over for 90 days,but obviously Raila would hear none of it citing the national accord.gosh these dudes should give us a new constitution fast,what is the likely scenario here
