I am looking for Kenyan experts with good CVs for a VFM audit in the water sector in Kenya . I need them by Friday 31, May 2013.

a) Engineering expert with experience in Contract management, Monitoring and Evaluation of large public projects.

b) Enonomic specialist with experience in financial and economic analysis of water services infrastructures.

c) Social economic expert.
