You are very right @ Masukuma you no longer have to ask with tribe someone is from, all you have to ask is their opinion about ICC and if you want to know exactly which tribe btw Kale and Kyuks the person is from, just ask a follow up question, i.e which of the two cases will most likely be dropped.....
People also conviniently ignore,"Let's not be vague, let's go to Hague." Some even want to tell ICC that we've forgiven each other and we want to move on so let's forget about PEV and implement some village way of issue resolution instead......
