All Protocols observed. Or will they?

I would like to understand which office shall be responsible for effecting the Protocols to be observed on Saturday, 1st June 2013 Madaraka or National Day at the County Level.

Shall this be the County Commissioner or the Office of the Governor? Who will be the Master of Ceremony and will this be uniform through out the Republic or will each County come up with its own Program and Agenda?

Who speaks before who? The Senator or the Members of Parliament (Mpigs)?

Who gets to read the PORK speech and who speaks last? Governor or County Commissioner?

Who gets to inspect the Guard of Honor? The Governor or the County Commissioner?

Should I get a grand seat and wait to be entertained by supremacy battles between the Mpigs and Senator on one hand and the Governor and County Commissioner at Kerugoya Stadium on Saturday?

Kimemia said the Gavana cant receive a salute coz he is not in uniform and do not represent the President at the county level. But they can inspect the guard of honor.

Yea...he also said the County Commissioner will read the Presidents speech and then the Governor (since he is the popularly elected leader of the county) will speak last but have his own speech.

The drama maybe between Mpigs and Senators...for obvious reasons.

Hehehe...enyewe this will be tricky. But I think at this point the Senator will have to do it last coz he shall be alone representing the whole county while there could be several MPs in attendance

Constitutionally, Kamwana has been vested the powers of commander in chief which the gavana dont have. Kanjos are a different story, sio members of armed forces

That is not the same as saying Gavana can't receive a salute coz 'he is not in uniform'
