That is how you kula money...you give overpriced advertising contracts to friends and eat from there. There's no need to advertise if you're a monopoly and providing an essential service. I'm sure that advertising budget is huge, it must be paying for lots of mistresses! Business opportunities are like buses,there's always another one coming

Reminds me of the adverts by KEMSA that were all over the media just a few months ago. Life is like playing a violin solo in public and learning the instrument as one goes on.

The firm says it will spend 1.3 billion shillings to replace ordinary lamps with fluorescent lamps for at least one million customers. A maximum of four bulbs will be given per customer.
