I understand that Mrs. Rachel Ruto is scheduled to take over the office of Mama Lucy Kibaki over at NSSF building.

What does this portend?

My, my, my. She also went digital too, whereas His Excellency read his speech from the analogue yellow pads.

Rachel is occupying Ida's office at NHIF not Lucy's.

I agree his excellency should go digital when reading his speeches. The yellow pads should be left to the former
