We are a funny bunch.

We have some nut-case dictator fighting our case at the AU, a grouping of other useless fellow, whose continent controls less than 2% of global GDP yet they would all feature in the Forbe's list of filthy rich.

And we think these are our "leaders".

They are our "rulers", and we are naive!

am not being humorous - museveni is the democratically elected president of uganda - just as bush was the democratically elected president of the usa
