I have not followed this one,i just support the idea of people going to vote by mlolongo,acclamation or just call in a radio station and say wanataka nani ,hiyo pesa ya by-election ni nyingi sana to elect these people,who later go to try and fight about which house is higher than the other.Lord have mercy.
