Land Prices in Kitengela

There is a piece of land - 50 * 100 - I'm being offered in Kitengela. The land is in an area called Acacia [right hand side as you are driving from mombasa road] some 5km or so from the main road [though the plots are not directly accessible by this route at the moment]. We went through a road near Yukos which is longer. The area is undeveloped and we actually found a herd of zebras grazing on the piece of land where the plots are located! Can any wazuans with the information kindly give me approximate prices for such a piece of land given the current market rates in the area.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@Wendz - Say something. I know you are one of the biggest land owners in Kitengela and you even have someone down there who gets you the best deals. Does he have anything on offer by the way?
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Maichblack-if you are talking about Kitengela generally, the prices vary a lot depending on distance from Kitengela town; distance from Namanga road and closeness to major holdings e.g. by Saccos. If its Acacia, the highest I've seen for an 1/8th is 650k and the lowest kitu 350k.

Wapi @Wendz and other wazuans who understand the dynamics of this area. I need to make a decision and of course I don't want to buy above average market prices or turn down a good deal. Saidia!

Based on Your description that it is in Acacia area but 5km from Namanga highway , 400k would be the range I think.

Did bite the bullet and got the land or still in the process.....my wind vane is pointing towards Kitengela as well!
