Waoh, i thought the Government changed and started acting professionally.... Shock on me! Rude, arrogant, unhelpful, geez... it's like they are doing you a favour..... and that we pay them with our taxes? NKT! What is most annoying, i could tell the person on the other side is a young person.... me thought it was the old guards who had that tabia....
Will the new CS change this institution to some resemblance of professionalism? I really hope so.

Will the new CS change this institution to some resemblance of professionalism? I really hope so. Wendz are you talking about that young man just at the front desk, ground floor? The one who receives docs as well as issue them back when they are authenticated and all?
Problems can get out of proportion, and not only in the wee small hours. Don't let the problems eclipse the Master. Let the Master eclipse the problems.

I talked to someone in the legal department, i think. phewks coz I was there juzi and jana he is very helpful, even the lady at the front office is very friendly, pole for the disappointment, its very hard to change the culture of any working place private or public unless a complete overhaul is done...
