His pencil has been very piercing of late. This should be the 3rd complaint this year after the Margaret Thatcher one and the complaint by the Zimbabwean Ambassador to Kenya on his caricature of Comrade Bob. It is better to keep your mouth closed and let people think you are a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...
