Sorry they don't. NTV has a fake invoice for $300K as part payment which as usual they "cannot disclose their source". VistaJet confirmed they invoiced full payment of $221K which has been confirmed by Ruto's office and is open for the press to examine.

So get your facts right. NTV did not verify the info with Ruto or Vistajet before publishing.

That is called malice!!

NTV has published a copy of the QUARTERLY invoice of $300k in today's paper, that makes Kshs100m claim valid. Hata ukidefend ni kubaya.

If you went to school, you should at least know that invoices come before payments. Before invoices are paid a copy of contract or service agreement is attached. NTV didn't bother to get these from "their source". They didn't even bother to contact Vistajet.

Lets see whose invoice will stand in court NTV's or Vistajets.
