I hope you are not running an Law firm because you will be officeless for a very long time.

And 10K in a decent area. You mean you can put 10k and decent area in the same sentence. Or is it 10K per week?

What exactly do you do? If it's something that can be done away from the cbd,the better. I'm located kati kati ya tao and it's just madness. No parking, packed restaurants at noon, and endless stupid jams. Don't 4get sooner or later, parking will be hiked to 500 bob, watu wapende wasipende. I wish my clients could agree to kimbia with me outside the hustle and bustle of city centre! There's no peace at all hapa cbd, infact mtu anazeeka haraka sana................

I understand there's an office space at Jubilee Insurance building, mama ngina st. There are 2 confusing jubilees on that street,am talking about the one next to 20th century. Rent is 15k/mnth but very spacious....not much if you can sub let one half?

@ Spend.thrift...i totally agree with you ''if you are running a law firm, you will be officeless for a very loooooooooong time''

I am privy to information that most letting agents have blacklisted law firms and they are not giving them space.

Need a decent office with 10K?. I wish i could show you mine i pay 5k next to Geevangee garden. It is very small and a sublet. I have only used it once 1st August. It is inhabitable. Also, people usually fear retting to law people. You may take years to get one. Just try your luck .
