apparently,our really friendly neighbours (migingo) want to spy on mobile phones. what is ridiculous is that they want to charge the telcom operators for the equipment required estimated at about $10 to 15 milli per operator. thats according to business daily http://www.bdafrica.com/...d=13986&Itemid=5813
