that's not legal! plus that would mean that the party loses a seat since the second guy is not from the party that sponsored the departed winner.
on costs, it would be cheaper per voter if all elections that result from the petitions are held together.

You want the electorate and campaign suppliers to miss out on funds?Look for a way of benefitting eg supplying security,posters,PA systems,mobilising crowds,being a campaign agent,being a presiding officer,hiring vehicles to IEBC etc.The opportunities to eat are many!!!

Agree. It is times like these that I miss the old constitution. If I had my way, we would have a 100 constituencies/counties only. No senate, no senate assemblies and Uhuruto lean govt. We are such a small country to spend all our taxes in running the country rather than use the same in development.

...a good school primo n seco with half the money the other half goes into a fund tht helps in running the school...

I know this is water under the bridge but msinirushie mawe tafadhali but I can't help but wonder....... What the f**k were we thinking when we said we need 2 houses of parliament with over 400 members....plus the other 47 parliaments with another thousand plus members.... tulikuwa tunafikiria nini jamaneni??!!
