- Reasons is poor planning and more so GREED.
- She will institute digitization.
- She will institute building of a cadastal map of the whole Kenya
- Tame speculation on land

- She has resigned as chair of NARC
- She has no political ambition
- The position is nominated and not political

Kenya is one country where corruption will nail you down...esp if you have the means and connection no one is corrupt in Kenya its all political/business rivalry targeting...
