I do not know this guy but one thing i liked about him is when he talked about his county budget. He said they are not going to borrow money i hope he does exactly that.Most of these counties will go on a spending spree and by the time people realize it they will be footing them. Its like compé who has the highest budget.
See what happened to some US towns/cities hiring normal citizens as police because they could not afford to pay the police.bankrupcy !!!

If only Mutua was Nairobi Governor, anyway i still have hope in Kidero but he needs to be a bit more vibrant. Nairobi county has the potential to run on a surplus budget with increased efficiency in terms of revenue collection.
