But from a professional point of view, speculation is what is making land prices in Nairobi skyrocket. We recommended that undeveloped lands should be taxed so heavily so that people can avoid speculation. Back to your issue, in Ngong, you can get 1/4 acre with that amount, and the place is cool and very comfortable. In the next 10 or so years, Uthiru will be so chromed, so i would advise you to opt for Rongai or Ngong.
