Kenyan courts are becoming amazing and to borrow a fellow wazuan phrase elsewhere they never fail to crawl below the bar no matter how low the bar is.

If you don't defend yourself in court properly these are the consequences.This amount is little as compared to the award of 11b to Orbit chemicals represented by lawyer Matthew Oseko against the Ministry of Lands in October last by Justice Roselyne Nambuye.

Surely if he won the case, what's the farce about....appeal the ruling or pay him and the accept and move on!!!
